Colour of the Year 2025
Say hello to Mocha Mousse! You are going to see a lot of this tone throughout the year, from interiors to fashion and beauty. Why? Because Pantone has declared it their colour of the year 2025. On their website, Pantone share, “For 2025, the Pantone Colour Institute selects PANTONE 17-1230 Mocha Mousse, a warming, brown hue imbued with richness. It nurtures us with its suggestion of the delectable qualities of chocolate and coffee, answering our desire for comfort.”
We reached out to some our trusted brand partners to uncover the best pieces from their collections that beautifully reflect this rich, chocolatey hue… Because some clients will inevitably request it!.

Altfield
From interesting cork textiles to dynamic patterns in warm browns and taupes, ALTFIELD have a sweet shop offering of wallcoverings.
ARTE
With great shade names ranging from Canyon, Cappuccino and Nutmeg, ARTE have a great selection of pure silk and plain textile wallcoverings in this colour palette.
Pierre Frey
With a coffee-coloured background, we love the Safari style of this wallcovering. PIERRE FREY say, “BORKOU evokes embroideries applied to strips of jute canvas in different shades, sewn together by hand. The design is printed on a fibrous, metallized backing, revealing all the beauty of the handmade gesture.”
Beyond that, La Source and Maroni use geometic prints and metallic stripes in deep chocolate shades within the detail, not the block background colour. Subtle, stunning.
DEDAR
Less is more with DEDAR’s offering: Amoir Fou is a moiré textile wallcovering with a random repeat, while Sibilia’s beauty lies in the irregularity of raw silk yarns. It’s slightly iridescent, and in this palette of taupe and espresso we are totally sold!
