Wells recently installed Phillip Jeffries Seaform Pearl in Quartz on the ceiling and Maya Romanoff Meditations Ohm in Sea Salt on the walls at Gaia Mayfair, the Greek restaurant everyone is talking about. With restaurants in London, Dubai, Monte-Carlo, Marbella and Doha, Gaia is a global phenomenon with a menu to die for. Truffle cheese pie, anyone?
